Remarks

This was an old customer of ours who we had fitted a flat roof for over 20 years ago. Initially, the customer decided (last year) to change from a Felt System to a new GRP Glass Fibre Roof System. Although the existing flat roof was not leaking they wanted to have their flat roofs renewed to mitigate any risks.

Almost one year later (August 2020), our customer experience a major roofing leak on the tiled portion of their roof.  Unfortunately, the old roof (which was fitted with Belgium interlocking roof tiles) did not have a membrane under it and this made the roof susceptible to leakage.

To start with our client asked us if we could come over and carry out an emergency repair works and quote for the installation of a new tiled roof. Our client was happy with our quotation and we proceeded to supply and fit a new roof with French Monopole interlocking roof tiles. We also fitted a new dry ridge system. The results were outstanding as you can see from the photos‎.

Our client was very happy with the work we did and agreed to leave us an excellent review. It has added value to their property and has been a great investment.
