Domestic Fascias, Soffits & Guttering Project in Cheam, Surrey

In this project we installed new Fascias, Soffits and Guttering to a domestic home in Cheam, Surrey.

The owners had been quoted a very high price by a large commercial company to renew their fascia, soffits and guttering. They invited C.F. Roofing and our quote was below 50% to do the same work. This included some scaffold to work on the front soffit.

The customers liked the sample of black wood grain UPVC fascia that we showed them during our site survey. We were also able to show them a letter of recommendation from another local client for whom we had completed a similar job.
