CF Roofing Ltd are now able to offer a Sky Camera Roof Inspection service on most domestic 2 and 3 storey properties. We are able to inspect higher premises with a ladder extension at ground level because our Skypole extends to 50′ from ground level.

Our Company is frequently asked to carry out roof inspections of chimney stacks, guttering and roof condition as a result of many Home-buyer or Survey reports. Many Home-buyers and Survey reports are carried out from ground level and via binoculars and many reports state that access to some higher roof levels could not be obtained. With our Sky Camera, this provides a new perspective in roof inspections. We can offer a camera inspection, subject to good all round access, on most properties. Our camera allows us from ground level to carry out inspections of chimney stacks, guttering and roof defects. Fees start from £150 + VAT. Should you go ahead with your potential house purchase and choose our Company to carry out any required works highlighted from our Camera inspection within 3 months of report date (unless prior arrangement is made), we will refund the fee from works undertaken.
